Welcome to the Wanganui Ratepayers Assn
The Wanganui Ratepayers Association are a non-political, non-partisan association of local residents providing a forum for discussion on local issues.
The aims of the Wanganui Ratepayers Association are to:
- Reduce wasteful spending by Council
- Increase transparency and accountability of those funded by ratepayers
- Lower the rates burden
- Promote evidence-based public policy
We hold meetings monthly on the second Tuesday at the Barracks Sports Bar (ex RSA), St Hill St, Whanganui starting 6:30 pm and would be delighted to have you join us.
